Yes. Data migration from taskTracker or SPaRKS is part of setup, and if you run on paper, whiteboards, or spreadsheets today, we build your workspace from what you have. Your chemical inventory can be imported from distributor invoice history.

Every application prints as a state-compliant spray sheet with the WPS fields inspectors ask for: product and EPA number, rates and totals, area treated, target pest, applicator, weather at application time, REI, and PPE. TurfCaddie was built and is used in New Jersey under NJDEP rules, and the field set covers the common core that New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York build on.
Very little. The board runs on the TV already hanging in your shop, and each crew member gets a simple My Day list on their phone, built for gloved hands and sunlight. You run the operation from your phone or any desktop. If the crew can read the old whiteboard, they can run this.
Yes. Every facility runs in its own isolated workspace. Your crew, chemicals, and records are never visible to, or mixed with, any other course. Only the people you put on your roster can sign in to your workspace.
